Return / Refund - So you need to return your super sweet shades for some reason? No problem, it happens! We take sunglasses returns within 30 days of purchase providing they are unused and still in excellent condition. You just need to cover the cost of posting them back to us. Just complete the form below to get things underway. We will send a confirmation email with instructions on how to return the glasses to us so we can complete your refund.

Exchanges – Do you need a different size or colour? No problem! Basically, our exchanges are handled like a return and only valid for the first 30 days after purchase. All you have to do to get started is fill out the form below and we’ll send you the instructions on what to do next.

We are a small company, so unfortunately can't afford to offer free return shipping, so you will need to cover these costs.

Please note:

• Prescription orders (via your optometrists) are NOT eligible for returns and exchanges. Sorry, but those are cut based on your submitted prescription so they are not something we can restock! Free gifts or promotional items with retail value are also non-refundable.
